Hi, I am Andy Meddick the owner of Good for You Natural Food Market.  I started Good for You Natural Food Market so that folks who are coming to the Delaware seashore could get good quality food and gourmet and natural products without all of those nasty chemicals that are definitely not good for you, or the environment. We carry organic and natural food, pet care, household cleaning products, personal care items, supplements, garden needs and gift items. We have our own Chef on staff meaning we carry a full line of prepared meals, desserts and pastries, in store and for delivery. We have an extensive gluten free range, excellent local meats and an awesome vegan/vegetarian selection.

I’m proud of the space and experience we’ve created at G4U. The look of the store harkens back to old time country markets, but with the modern convenience of wide aisles, air conditioning, refrigeration, and a great product line-up. I love living at the beach. After many years of the Baltimore/DC area, I understand traffic and the many competing demands on schedule, in addition to the choices that living in the city brings.

We work hard at G4U on selecting our products, so that you don't have to work when you’re at the beach. Whether that’s as a full time resident, or occasional visiting friend. We prescreen all products carried at the store. Here’s the deal. We get organic where we can, local where we can. Preferrably both. All products we carry have to satisfy our strict criteria for a ‘clean’ product. For example, hydrogenated oil free, hormone and antibiotic free, paraben free, recycled or minimal packaging, cruelty free. We proudly support open disclosure on product packaging and labeling and fair trade.
